Wednesday, April 14, 2010  Batam was where i disappeared to.No, I do not have a toy boy there. I went there for the annual TOPH Staff Retreat, which was my first and probably last with them. I am lucky because technically as a temporary/contract staff, I am not entitled to such benefits. But but but but but but they love me enough to pay for me to go. -grins-  While we were meeting in Batam, the tech guys managed to tore down and rearranged our office.I hate the fact that it is so small and claustrophobic and it gives me a perpetual headache each time i step in. I hate the fact that i no longer am in the zone of convenient gossiping with the lovelies from Corporate Services. But I do actually am thankful for the bright lights and the private corner where i can call it my little LKF. I guess changes are inevitable. Now, NUS, will you just please accept me!?!? Oh crap. |
