Being roomies with the class monitress can only mean one thing.
My room is the official meeting place for all class meetings/gossip session. And i think we are a pretty silly bunch of people. Every weekday, you can be sure to find us in our bunk glued to our telly set watching.. 《流行花园》Meteor Garden. All of us have watched the show for N-times, we know the synopsis of the show, we know the lines of the show and we say it together. but we still continued to watch it; laughed at the silly dressing; squeal in delight when DaoMingSi or F4 appears. And right after watching F4 strut their stuff, we switched our attention to a china movie channel which was showing some C-Grade HK action thriller. It got all of us excited because the film was filmed in SINGAPORE! So we were all delighted to see old Chinatown and a then-still undeveloped Loyang. Hongyee started to comment on the lousy editing skills and those of us who took Video Production before started to rip the film apart, which was really hilarious and had many digs directed at a certain old man. The class meeting ended with a mini birthday celebration for the October babies -Xiao Wei and Yao, who both happened to turn 21 this year!
And as usual, Meng infected all of us with his hyena-like laughter and Yao and Yu started their routine yellow talkshow. Guys are guys, yellow skin, yellow mind.
See what i mean?
Even though the modules are really nothing much to rave about Even though the shopping aint as exciting as TaoBao Even though the unruly culture of the locals irks me Even though there isnt much eye candies to provide nutrients to my eyes Even though the complaints will never end... Because Singaporeans will never stop this habit
